As O2’s Head of Business Marketing, Zoe is responsible for the full marketing communications mix across all business customers from SOHO, Midmarket, Enterprise, and Public Sector.

She leads a team delivering programmes to support the successful delivery of P&L targets and ROI measures. This includes the development of a robust brand strategy to generate awareness of O2’s propositions in the Business market, Account Based Marketing plans to support priority accounts, Vertical Sector prioritisation and go to market plans.

Zoe is also responsible for Channel Marketing plans including both direct and indirect channels.
