Chris previously worked at Finastra, the world’s leading financial technology provider as head of customer and strategic partner engagement where he led strategic transformation in the context of customer experience, driving innovative client engagement programmes, and amassing a number of industry awards.

During his seasoned career, he also has worked in marketing and customer experience for other leading brands such as IBM, CA and Coverity.
