COVID-19 updates

We understand concerns about COVID-19 Coronavirus are front of mind and we want to assure you of the following:

Our top priority is focused on the health and safety of all participants at Ignite London 2020.

We are proceeding as planned to hold a safe and successful B2B Marketing Ignite London on June 23. There has been no impact on guest registration, speaker, trainer or exhibitor availability or cancellation due COVID-19.

What is B2B Marketing doing to prepare for Ignite London 2020, in regards to COVID-19?

We are closely monitoring the news and will follow any protocols that are provided by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We encourage exhibitors and attendees to take common-sense precautions by using hand sanitizer and following these guidelines set by the CDC when they are onsite at the show.

We are working closely with all show partners to ensure the safety of all show participants.

We are taking steps to address concerns by providing heightened levels of cleanliness, including working with the Business Design Centre to ensure additional hand sanitizers will be provided throughout the event in all registration areas, meeting spaces and conference and exhibition areas, workforce and catering areas.

Steps we are taking to limit risk of exposure

The initial travel ban from China along with the ongoing quarantines from other countries, including Italy, Japan, Korea, have meant individuals from these risk areas have not registered to attend, and will not.

We expect all attendees/delegates who have visited a category 1 or 2 country/area within 14 days of the event or have come into close and prolonged contact with anyone who has, not to attend Ignite London, regardless of symptoms.

Ultimately, we encourage everyone to make responsible decisions and stay home if they are sick. 

Cancellations and refunds

Will you refund my event ticket if I am unable to attend the event?

If you are tested positive for Coronavirus and can provide proof, we will offer a full refund of your event ticket price. Contact events@b2bmarketing.net in this instance.

If you are unable to attend the event for any other reason, we are happy to enable you to pass your ticket to a colleague or peer to attend in your place. Contact events@b2bmarketing.net in this instance.

Furthermore, we will be providing access to gated live and recorded streaming of as much of the entire event as possible for all event ticket holders, so you won’t miss out.

Will you refund my fee under other circumstances

If for whatever reason we are forced to cancel the event, you will be entitled to a full refund of your event ticket price.
